The rent is offered on a month to month basis which provides our residents with complete flexibility. We offer everything our residents need and a personal staff to attend to everything that they could possibly want. Amenities:
Residents in our assisted living community enjoy all the amenities of our retirement apartments, plus additional programs, services, and use of all common areas. Our staff includes licensed and registered nurses to address your personal health care needs. In fact, since we have a licensed nurse here 8 hours per day, we are able to assist our residents with procedures commonly unavailable in other assisted living centers such as injections, eye drops, blood glucose monitoring, and more. Light Assisted Living:
Light assisted living is a unique program that allows residents to stay in their independent living apartment and have access to assisted living services. Examples of qualifying for this program include basic medication assistance or bathing assistance. Generally, individuals in light assisted living are quite independent and the services we assist with are scheduled and predictable. When higher care or more complex health issues arise, residents and families are happy they can remain at Orchard Crest.
Cottage Triplex Homes
Our Triplex Homes are a wise choice for many people. They are offered as what many refer to in the retirement industry as a “buy in”. However, the more accurate terminology is “Lifetime Lease”. This means that there is no actual transfer of title but rather a lease to live in the unit for life, or until no longer able to do so. Triplex residents enjoy all of the amenities of our state-of-the-art retirement campus while experiencing peace of mind living in a maintenance and worry-free environment. Month to month rental is also an option for our Triplex Cottage Homes.
